From the date of order receipt, all battery products are covered by the following guarantees:

  1. 30-day unconditional refund or replacement guarantee
  2. 12-month warranty replacement service

1. Warranty Application Notice

All returns and exchanges must first apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


2. 30-Day Refund Policy

All batteries are covered by a 30-day refund guarantee. You can return the product for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Steps:
  1. Please contact customer service first to obtain return instructions and an RMA number.
  2. Return the product according to the instructions, ensuring it is unused and all accessories are included.

Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer service team first and wait for return instructions before sending the product back.


3. 12-Month Warranty

Service Terms

Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the battery experiences non-human-induced issues, you can apply for repair or replacement services.

To apply for warranty service:

  1. Provide clear video or photo evidence of the issue;
  2. Contact our official email or submit a request through the "Contact Us" page.

⚠️ Special Note:
Batteries are consumable items. A natural decrease in capacity over time is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.


Warranty Process

① Contact Customer Support → ② Approval and Receive RMA Number → ③ Return the Product → ④ Inspection and Resolution

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to us via the "Contact Us" page for assistance.
  2. Approval and RMA: Once approved, our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of your return package.(Tip: Returns without an RMA number will not be processed by our after-sales department.)
  3. Return the Product: The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Returned items must be delivered to us within this period. Please provide the courier name and tracking number when you ship the product, so we can monitor the return process.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the item. If approved, we will arrange a replacement within 2–7 business days.

Disclaimer: If the product is outside the warranty period, hplaptopbattery.com.au reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement services.


4. Stage-Based Warranty Plan

Based on the period of use, we offer the following stage-based after-sales policies:

  1. Within 0–6 months: If the battery has a non-human damage issue, we provide a free replacement and cover the shipping cost.
  2. Within 7–9 months: If a quality issue occurs, customers can choose either a 50% refund or a new replacement battery (shipping cost borne by the customer).
  3. Within 10–12 months: If a failure occurs during the warranty period, customers can choose either a 30% refund or a new replacement battery (shipping cost borne by the customer).

5. Warranty Exclusions (Cases Not Covered by Warranty)

  1. Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms;
  2. Products exceeding the 12-month warranty period;
  3. Damage caused by user error or insufficient protection measures;
  4. Damage caused by fire, flood, war, or other force majeure events;
  5. Products that have been disassembled, tampered with, or missing warranty labels;
  6. Products modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties;
  7. Capacity degradation due to normal usage.

6. Special Case Handling

  1. Shipping Damage: Please record a complete unboxing video. If any damage caused by shipping is found, a free replacement will be provided with video evidence.
  2. Compatibility or Functional Issues: If the battery cannot be used due to compatibility issues or quality defects, a return and refund will be arranged.
  3. Recurring Issues After Replacement: If the same issue reoccurs after a battery replacement (confirmed by official inspection) and is not caused by human error, we will refund 50% of the order amount as final compensation (after-sales service will be terminated).

7. Shipping Fee Policy

  1. Warranty Due to Shipping Damage: Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
  2. Battery Cannot Be Charged:
    1. Within 0–6 Months After Purchase: Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
    2. Within 7–12 Months After Purchase: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer (please contact customer service for the shipping fee details).
