Opening up a laptop is a bit more involved than a desktop but the process was straightforward. Getting the old battery out and getting the new battery in went well. On initial power up, the battery was detected but not charging. After performing a "Battery Reset", normal operation was restored. By the way, the "Battery Reset" on a Dell laptop was to disconnect the battery, hold the power button down for at least 30 seconds, reconnect, and power up. Laptop has been working as expected since.

Not much to report. The battery works as advertised. I have charged it about 3 or 4 times and it holds its charge goe 4 or 5 hours despite having MS Edge, Dreamweaver and MS Access open the entire time.

Arrived on time. Ordered this to replace the battery in my old HP Pavilion 360 laptop. While the battery life is better than before, my device still doesn't hold a charge as long as I had hoped. However, that could be due to my laptop being pretty old. Overall, good value though.

Great quality, they even include micro screwdrivers. Perfect replacement battery. My laptop now lasts all day without charging. The original battery was down to about 2 jours of life, if that. My HP Pavilion is now truly portable. I've cracked open my laptop case numerous times already, so this was a 2 minute swap. If you're new to opening your laptop, Google your model and "change battery ". There's a ton of resources to guide you.
